ANIMAL IMPOUND FEES INCREASE On Monday, April 6, 2009, the O'Neill City Council approved O'Neill Veterinary Clinic's request to increase dog impound fees from $30.00 to $60.00, effective immediately. We encourage dog owners to purchase dog licenses at the O'Neill Police Department and have the dog license affixed to their dog's collar. The dog license will enable officers to identify and contact the owner to pickup the dog, instead of impounding it. |
