Effective April 6, 2009 - The O'Neill City Council approved O'Neill Veterinary's request to increase dog impound fees from $30 to $60. We encourage dog owners to purchase dog licenses at the O'Neill Police Department and have the dog license affixed to their dog's collar. The dog license will enable officers to identify the dog and contact the owner to pickup the dog, avoiding impound fees as stated above. |
