The O'Neill City Council approved O'Neill Veterinary Clinic's request to increase dog
impound fees from $30 to $60. We encourage dog owners to keep a current rabies
vaccination certificate on file with the O'Neill Police Department and have the rabies tag
affixed to the dog's collar. The rabies tag number will enable officers to identify the dog
and contact the owner to pickup the dog, avoiding impound fees as stated above
