Any person owning a dog over the age of six (6) months within the City of O'Neill is required to provide the following information to complete the annual filing of rabies certificates process: * Owners Name, Address, and Phone Number * Dog's Name, Breed, Color, and Sex of Dog * A Current Rabies Vaccination Certificate |
THE O'NEILL POLICE DEPARTMENT IS LOCATED AT 317 SOUTH 4TH STREET, O'NEILL, NEBRASKA. NO FEE IS REQUIRED FOR FILING OF YOUR RABIES CERTIFICATE. |
O'Neill City Council Repeals Dog Licenses On August 3, 2010 the O'Neill City Council passed Ordinance 1307 repealing Sec. 3 Sections 2-302 and 2-303 of the O'Neill Municipal Code. Dog Licenses are no longer required by the City of O'Neill. **Rabies Certificates for dogs over the age of six months are required upon receipt by the owner to immediately be filed with the O'Neill Police Department |
